Job Description:
Monitoring RTO Delivery & Pickup operation for entire Bangalore region.
Team Handling
Responsible for day to day on time load connection to Mother Hub, before cut off time for entire Bangalore region.
Expansion Planning for new hub, man power requirement, IT requirement, Regular & Ad-hoc Van deployment, infrastructure requirement & as per serviceable pic code with analyzing the load factor based on Hub capacity, for every quarter.
Planning & developing each old and new Hub for smooth operation process.
Identifying the process gap in the ground level operation and fixing it on time.
Monitoring and supervising hubs administration.
Analyzing and allotting rout wise vehicle & for Pick up.
Monitoring and making sure that pickup complains are 100% on daily basis by the down-line.
Taking weekly review with all Hub In-charge & also taking fortnight review with Dispatchers.
Analyzing and giving solution for Weekly Field Executive review taken by HI, to make sure all the operation process runs sooth on daily basis.
Addressing disciplinary issue on the ground.
Monitoring the operational SOP is followed on daily basis.
Implementing new innovation to reduce cycle time and lead time in each process.
Monitoring and making sure that all the seller escalation is closed on time by the down-line.
